I Have something That I would like to share:

So I have been actively working on my healing. I have also been actively stretching my body as well. Doing yoga , 🧘🏽‍♀️ ✨️ 😌 Stretching My body and my limbs. Allowing stagnant energy to flow through my body ✨️ & My energetic feild. Yoga 🧘🏽‍♂️ 🕉 🧘🏽‍♀️ Helps to balance and open up your chakras as well.

Yoga teaches adults such as you all & myself to stay in the present moment.



This Position Is Called The Child's Pose :


A Minute or so into this Pose the moment my head hit the mat I started crying severely. I couldn't stop crying. While I was in this Pose while I was meditating 🧘🏽‍♀️ & Breathing through my tears 😢 I realized I was working through Inner-Childhood Trauma. Trauma that is stored in your pelvic region which is your sacral chakra. The chakras that the Child's Pose Is connected to is the root chakra. In this Pose you will be working Your 3rd 💜 Eye, Sacral 🧡 and your Root ❤ chakra.




This Pose help with widening your hips where Trauma is actually stored. Strengthing & Lengthening of your spine. Flexing of tour internal organs. By placing your forhead on the ground (or on the mat) will help you with grounding. To help keep your thoughts wandering and focus on your 🌬 breathing.
